  • Multifamily Properties and Affordable Housing


The core of our value enhancement strategy is the active management of investments combined  with the development and implementation of a financial restructuring plan for each asset. We target investments in properties that will: 1) benefit from financial restructurings, and 2) provide flexibility to restructure the ownership structure and/or the debt to obtain credit enhancements, tax credits and other tax advantages, not changes in market prices. 

Our goal is to significantly enhance the value of an investment by taking a proactive role in implementing financial and operational improvements and by the use of advantageous divestment strategies, such as the sale of restructured bonds. We believe this approach offers the potential for significant long-term capital appreciation and tax-exempt income for our investors, as well as significant other tax advantages.
