Cameron Swengel

Cameron Swengel is a Construction and Development Manager for the MCAP Funds. Mr. Swengel oversees the build out of MCAP’s construction projects and coordination with MCAP’s on site operations teams. Prior to joining MCAP in 2025, Mr. Swengel served as Development Manager at one of the most active senior living developers in the U.S. Previously, he held roles in Maryland as Assistant Project Manager and in Philadelphia as Project Assistant at an architecture firm.

He is an Ambassador for the Roanoke Regional Partnership in Virginia and a former NAIOP Real Estate Development Developing Leader. Mr. Swengel received a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University and an MBA from Thomas Jefferson University.
