Kimberly F. Hurt

Kimberly F. Hurt is Senior Vice President of Asset Management for the MCAP Funds. Ms. Hurt supervises the asset management of MCAP’s senior living communities. Prior to joining MCAP in 2024, she served as the Regional Vice President and Vice President of Operations at Commonwealth Senior Living, MCAP’s former affiliate, where she supervised the operations of 40 senior living communities, including MCAP’s senior living communities. Previously, she was the Vice President of American Retirement Homes.

Ms. Hurt has over 34 years of experience in the senior living industry with extensive knowledge of all aspects of operations. In addition, as a nurse she has supported teams and residents to have strong clinical outcomes. She served on the Board of the Virginia Assisted Living Association for 12 years.
