Richard J. Brewer, III

Richard “Trip” J. Brewer, III is Project Manager of Construction & Development for the MCAP Funds. He assists with the management of MCAP’s construction and development projects. Prior to joining MCAP in 2022, he completed an intensive internship, working in a 120-bed senior housing community and in the MCAP Advisers LLC’s Charlottesville, VA office.

Mr. Brewer grew up around the senior housing industry in Charlottesville, VA and graduated from IYRS School of Technology & Trades in Newport, Rhode Island.
