Victoria L. Morris

Victoria L. Morris is Comptroller of the MCAP Funds. Ms. Morris supports MCAP’s accounting and finance team with a broad knowledge of accounting regulations, procedures, and policies. Prior to joining MCAP in 2023, she served as Chief Financial Officer at MCAP’s former affiliate, Commonwealth Senior Living (“CSL”), for over 20 years where she oversaw the financial recording keeping, audits and reporting of over 50 different business entities. Previously, she was the Director of Accounting for American Retirement Homes for 10 years after leaving a Virginia public accounting firm.

Ms. Morris has over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry, with extensive senior living industry knowledge including complex cash flow analysis, lender reporting (FHA, FNMA, FREDDIE, and Conventional) and governmental financial reporting.  Ms. Morris represented CSL as a member of the ARGENTUM CFO executive roundtable.
