William L. Johnson

William L. Johnson is Senior Vice President of Construction and Development for the MCAP Funds. Mr. Johnson produces feasibility studies and develops schematic plans for renovations and expansions and supervises execution of MCAP’s construction and development strategy. Prior to joining MCAP in 2019, he served as Vice President of Construction & Development at MCAP’s affiliate, Commonwealth Senior Living. Mr. Johnson has over 38 years of experience in industrial, residential, and commercial construction and has managed single projects with contract values in excess of $60 million.

Mr. Johnson served in the U. S. Coast Guard.
