William L. Johnson

William L. Johnson is Vice President of Development for the MCAP Funds. Mr. Johnson produces feasibility studies and develops schematic plans for renovations and expansions and supervises execution of MCAP’s development strategy. Prior to joining MCAP in 2019, he served as Vice President of Construction & Development at MCAP’s former affiliate, Commonwealth Senior Living. Mr. Johnson has over 38 years of experience in industrial, residential, and commercial construction and has managed single projects with contract values in excess of $60 million.

Mr. Johnson served in the U. S. Coast Guard.
